Winter Seminar “Kagami-Biraki” in Poland

The annual New Year's Kyokushin Kagami Biraki Seminar took place in Krakow's MDK Dom Harcerza Sports Hall and the YMCA Krakow Sports Hall on January 9-11, 2026, with 114 participants in attendance. The special guest was Shihan Javier Lezcano, 7th dan, Kyokushin World and European Champion. A lecture on first aid, or first aid, was given by Dr. Krzysztof Mawlichanów, MD.
