The first Friday training session, held in the YMCA Martial Arts Hall, was devoted to verifying the correctness of stances and key techniques, as well as discussing kata principles and practicing combat combinations, and practicing on targets.

This was followed by a two-hour training session on Restitution. A meeting of center managers followed, discussing the current state of cooperation within the PZK and the calendar of championship events, central training sessions, and camps.

Following the third training session, which expanded on the above topics plus a task-based kumite, a meeting was held at the nearby Sayonara restaurant with 34 dojo operators and invited guests.

The fourth Sunday training session was devoted to Bunkai kata interpretations using self-defense elements and concluded with a half-hour light kumite.

The seminar concluded with a photo session with Shihan J. Lezcano.
