A look back at the Kwf France national training course from May 29 to 31, 2025, with a special guest: Sensei Aladin Mhamdi (Netherlands) due to the unavailability of Shihan Pereira
Around forty participants, a program, at the trainees’ choice, packed with kihon, katas, crazy stamina followed by the hypnosis session of Sensei “Doc” Christophe, combat workshops, kwf kata referee training, mental preparation training, and the traditional kwf evaluation test sparring session in sweat, good humor, and kindness!
