2nd KYOKUSHIN KARATE WORLD CUP, VITORIA, SPAIN JUNE 5-6, 2026

The 2nd KWF Kyokushin World Cup took place in Vitoria, Spain, on June 5-6, 2026, with 450 competitors from 36 countries participating.

On June 4, the International Refereeing Course and the Meeting of Coaches, Referees, and National Representatives were held.

On June 5, the tournament opening ceremony took place with the participation of city and provincial authorities, KWF President Antonio Pinero, Secretary General Andrzej Drewniak, Treasurer Tomas Lopez, and IFK President Dawid Pickhall. Following the opening ceremony, competitions in the under-18 age categories, kumite and kata, took place.

The main referee was Shihan Antonio Pinero, and the referee was Shihan Fernando Perez.

The senior division fights took place on June 6th.

In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Yin Yang Club in Vitori, both the organization and the awards were top-notch.

The event concluded with a Sayonara at a popular and elegant restaurant.

The World Cup was organized by the Yin Yang Club, led by the Lezcano brothers.
